Where you're at
Altrincham
Altrincham is a market town in Trafford, south of the River Mersey and only 8 miles southwest of Manchester city centre. Crowned as ‘The best place to live’ by The Sunday Times, with an ever expanding range of fantastic bars and restaurants. Great tram and train links, and only a few miles to the M56 & M6.
Bowdon
With its mixture of elegant townhouses, cottages and mansions set on pleasant leafy lanes, Bowdon feels rather like the Hampstead of the north. Just a mile or so away from the shops and restaurants of busy Hale and Altrincham, Bowdon is one of the most desirable districts in the Cheshire area.
Hale
Hale is without question one of Trafford’s most desired locations. Visiting Hale couldn’t be any easier with plenty of transportation to choose from. Altrincham Interchange offers bus, train and metro link services, just a 15-minute walk away. Hale’s railway station, on the Mid-Cheshire line, is conveniently in the centre of Hale. It’s handily close to Manchester Airport and the M56 with quick access to the national motorway network.
Hale Barns
Hale Barns is a leafy village around 7 miles South West of Manchester. Together with neighbouring Hale and Bowdon, it's one of the wealthiest locations outside of London. As you'd expect for such a locale, it boasts plenty of excellent eateries and 'retail opportunities'. It is also well served for leisure and recreation, with the Ringway Golf Club, Halecroft Park and more.
